"Poor Customer Service"
I wasn’t expecting anything special, just basic help, but the customer service really wasn’t useful. You’d think getting a simple answer or some direction would be common sense, but that didn’t happen

"Not really worth what they’re charging"
I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. For customers expecting good value, this is probably going to be disappointing. It just didn’t feel like the price matched the experience.

"Cute ideas, but it felt a little bait-and-switchy"
I checked out Divinity Designs LLC because I was hoping to get some inspiration and actually learn from the tutorials. At first, it looked promising, the project ideas are really cute, and I did bookmark a few things I thought would be fun to make.
Once I got into the tutorials, though, it kind of had that bait-and-switch feeling. The photos and finished projects made it seem like everything would be easy to follow, but then the instructions felt incomplete in places, like a few important steps were just assumed or skipped over.
Maybe if you already know the products really well, it’s not a big deal. For me, I spent more time guessing than learning, so it ended up being more frustrating than helpful. I’d probably give it 2 stars.

The selection felt limited, and I couldn’t find anything I was actually excited to order. It was kind of a “that’s it?” moment for me.

When I first checked everything out, I was hoping to find something that really stood out. But after looking through the options for a while, most of the designs started to feel kind of the same. Nothing really felt original or unique to me

"Not my favorite on mobile"
The site looks nice when you first open it, but i didn’t love using it on my phone. I’m probably a little picky about mobile design, but the pages felt slow and I had to tap around way too much just to find basic info. A few sections didn’t line up right either, which made it feel kind of clunky. I ended up leaving before I finished what I came there to do. It’s not awful, but I’d definitely prefer it to be easier to use.

The box showed up crushed, and the item inside was kinda barely protected. Luckily it wasn’t a total disaster, but the packaging definitely could’ve been better.

"A bit tricky to navigate"
I had a little trouble using the site and couldn’t quite find what I was looking for. Some of the menus felt a bit confusing to me, and checkout wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped. I tried a few times but ended up giving up for now.

I might’ve been a little impatient because I needed to get this handled before a busy week, but the return process felt like it took forever. I kept waiting for some kind of resolution, and it just never really came together.

"Most of What I Wanted Was Out of Stock"
I tried ordering a few things from divinitydesignsllc.com the other day while I was drinking coffee and half-watching my dog stare at the window, and almost everything I clicked on ended up being out of stock. It was frustrating because the site still lets you browse around like the items are available, so I kept getting my hopes up for no reason.
I checked back later, maybe that evening or the next day, and nothing had really changed. I wish they would update the stock more often or just hide the items they don’t currently have, because it feels like a waste of time scrolling through stuff you can’t actually buy.

"My order didn’t come as expected"
I ordered a few things from Divinity Designs LLC, but when the package arrived, it just didn’t match what I had picked out. A couple of items were missing, and one item was completely different, which made me wonder if my order got mixed up with someone else’s.
I did email them about it, but the whole process felt more annoying than it needed to be. I’m usually patient with shipping or small mistakes, but from my perspective, the main thing is that the order should be right when it shows up.
